I like that you emphasize the fundamentals. Most people just need to nail the fundamentals and they’ll be fine.

I like that integrity! I also love your overall vibe. I’ve always been great with people but I will check out your podcast to see if I can get even better.

Hey Arthur! Great points, and I hear you on the Real Estate. The thing is, when people are talking about “passive income”, they’re not talking about Real Estate, they’re talking about some bullcrap expectation that they can “put something on the internet” and it’ll sell itself such that they spend their days on the beach checking email and Facebook, which is a pipe-dream sold by internet marketers to the average sucker. :)

Real Estate is passive income, but requires a lot of income to begin as well as plenty of research and a bit of luck. It is, generally and in my opinion, a great investment that does produce MOSTLY passive income. :)

I thoroughly enjoyed Jordan’s honesty and his specific social encounter example… super easy to relate to. I’m definitely going to subscribe to the podcast. I do disagree with the points made about the passive income topic. I think as the topic relates to both Andrew and Jordan, you’ve both built businesses but those businesses are tied directly to yourselves, so in essence you’ve built jobs for yourselves, much like a doctor, lawyer, contractor, etc. My wife and I have invested in real estate, and our first house for example, was bought in 2007 and has continued to generate income for us since then. Over the 7 years we’ve owned it, we’ve had to perform maintenance on it about 3 times. I would consider this form of income passive. Anyway, I subscribe to Mixergy on Stitcher and will continue learning from these awesome interviews!
