Great episode. Really appreciated ‘Stacking Bricks’ and ‘Breaking Seals’. After another 15 podcasts in the few days since (from Andrew and other sources) this still ‘rattles’ around in my mind as best ideas to be sharing with coaching clients and myself. Great framing.

Appreciated the journey sharing and still keeping it around the hour length.

Looking forward to seeing the spec template and any other resources you want to share.
