I have been a user of Acuity for a couple years (on & off) and their software is, well, pure simple bliss! There are just a few SaaS companies out there, and I can probably count them on both hands, that understand exactly where they belong in a niche and truly understand customer service. Acuity would probably be in my top 3 if not at the very top of my list. Its great to hear about Gavin’s methodologies, strategies, and what it took to get Acuity started. Thank you Andrew for bringing the customer connection back to business owners.
