Hey Andrew,
Loved your Interview. May be a suggestion or a request on your interview process. For every question you ask, can you ask few followup questions? for instance “Josh stated he got an office quickly and had his leads framework going in 1 month” Follow up questions would be – How? did he rent out? basement office? lead framework in one month? how? he called some people? went online? elance? etc.

Great interview.. I have one recommendation for Josh. You should change your USA contact number from
1 64 6499 9261 to a north america sequence number 1 646 499 9261 the way you have it looks like a international number or a toll free number would be better…
