Great interview!

One question that I think would have been interesting to ask: What is Toptal’s actual revenue? The number mentioned ($5mill) is their gross bookings, which is different from revenue. For example, oDesk’s revenue is may be about $40million but their total service bookings or gross service sales are probably closer to $1/2 billion. E.g. Toptal’s revenue is probably 10-15% of their gross bookings or 500-700K/year.
